RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ONE17, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• You must contact ONE17 before returning any item.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
